Make a great text appearance effect in Flash [VID]

I made this great text effect in flash some time ago, I was inspired by watching a movie, just before the movie begins, they usually present the actors names on the screen, and in the movie they used this text effect.

Now I recorded it, so you can watch a video tutorial, on how to make this great text effect in flash.

I hope you'll like my new flash effect, I like it, and I'm going to use it for a small animation job I'm hired to do next week. Maybe I'll post it here, if they let me.
