Making a glass star in Photoshop

I made this new Photoshop video tutorial on how you can make a web 2.0 glass like star graphic. Its very easy and you will learn some basic stuff, to easy apply to other shapes.

The stars look good but the video resolution is blurred so its hard to see the final steps.
