Making computer eye scan effect Flash VID tutorial

Ho Ho Ho, no Im not Santa, and its not Christmas, but apparently someone should tell the shopping mall, because I just came from the local shopping center, guess what? they are already hanging Christmas decorations around the store. The next thing will be cheap Christmas prizes. But Hallo, the date is 15 October, I know I will get so tired of Christmas before it even begins.

But as Christmas apparently comes early this year, here is an early Christmas present for you, my flash video tutorial on how to apply an eye scan effect to an image of an eye, its quite simple but I thing its a great flash effect that can be applied to other stuff to.
