Text floating effect in flash video tutorial

Once again I got a question to one of my written tutorials, this time it was my Macromedia Flash tutorial on how to make a text floating effect, where some letters is floating into place from different places outside the stage.

So thought I would share the video with you, I have tried to find a new video hosting service which not compress my videos this hard, because as you might know its quite impossible to see every detail in my video tutorials.

So please if anybody knows of any better video hosting service, let me know.
